The Everyday Cauldron
When intuition calls you back to nourishment.
Yesterday I woke heavy. My legs were swollen, my head throbbed from another migraine, and even the idea of food made me queasy.
I closed my eyes, placed a hand on my heart, and asked my body what it needed.
It whispered: coconut. 🥥
That soft, cooling word felt like a balm. I reached for the coconut cream, added a little gelatin, a touch of maple syrup, and a sprinkle of nutmeg. Nothing fancy—just five quiet minutes in the kitchen, guided by instinct and love.
An hour later, Luca and I had bowls of creamy, soothing jelly. The fire in my body eased. My breath deepened. My body exhaled, grateful.

Kitchen Ritual — The Secret Ingredient Is Love
Never cook from a heavy heart. Energy moves through your hands into your food.
Before preparing anything, breathe, play music, and infuse the ingredients with gratitude.
Speak to them—thank the coconut for cooling inflammation, the gelatin for healing your gut, the nutmeg for grounding your spirit.
When you honour food as medicine, the kitchen becomes sacred space.

To serve a family of four: double everything.
For meal prep or guests: triple the recipe and pour into a shallow dish, then slice once set.

The Healing Energy

But love — love transforms.
Coconut Cream cools inflammation and nourishes brain & hormones.
Gelatin rebuilds gut lining, joints, and connective tissue.
Maple Syrup replenishes minerals and offers gentle sweetness.
Nutmeg relaxes digestion and eases emotional tension.
And above all—love transforms it into medicine.
